I'm sorry but I don't really see the comparison you're trying to make. Being singled out and lectured like a child over something so minute is quite different from being paid very well to have attractive photos of yourself published for an audience that is seeking them out.

These are very different forms of attention and the airline is squarely in the wrong.

While I agree that the airline over reacted (they could/should have just given her a blanket and called it a day) I still think that she played the victim card a bit much.

However, I see your point, and seeking attention is definitely not the same as being put at the center of it, so maybe she was justified in being upset.
