I use(d) RegisterFly for purchasing domains, and Linux Web Host for hosting a couple of them. I'm not particularly in love with either, although Linux Web Host has only had a total of about 8 days downtime in as many years, as far as I've measured. The annoying part is that five of those days were consecutive and recent.
